El artículo estaba escrito por Robert D. Schreiber y sus colegas de la Washington University School of Medicine de St. Louis en colaboración con Lloyd J. Old -médico del Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research y del Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center de Nueva York-. La evidencia experimental presentada en el documento demostró inequívocamente que el sistema inmune impide a los tumores desarrollarse -y a menudo incluso que aparezcan- jugando pues un importante papel protector frente al cáncer.

Bueno, pues cuando de niños pillamos la varicela la pasamos sin complicaciones y además nos deja una inmunidad sólida que se va reforzando cada vez que tenemos nuevos encuentros con el virus de la varicela. De tal manera que los jóvenes en México, que son los que donan sangre, tienen casi todos inmunidad a la varicela. También por eso es un éxito el tratamiento con factor de transferencia en el herpes Zoster. No hay nada que se le compare. Hoy el tratamiento médico habitual para esta dolencia es el ‘aciclovir’ pero le aseguro que el factor de transferencia es mucho mejor. En un estudio que hicimos a doble ciego y que se publicó en el ‘Journal of Inmunofarmacology’ los pacientes tratados con el factor de transferencia dejaban de tener dolor a los diez días mientras los tratados con aciclovir padecían aún fuertes dolores a los 22. Lo que demuestra, de forma estrictamente estadística, que es mucho mejor el factor de transferencia en este padecimiento”.

A pesar de lo cual la falta de fondos -mal al parecer estructural en México donde hemos visto prometedoras investigaciones que no ven nunca la luz por falta de apoyo económico- ha imposibilitado hasta el momento -así nos lo confesaría Monges- la realización de los caros estudios exigidos para la obtención del reconocimiento oficial.

Las nuevas terapias puede por tanto que sean mejores pero cada vez son más caras e inaccesibles. En cambio, el factor de transferencia es un inmunomodulador al alcance de todo el mundo, mucho más fácil de preparar y extraordinariamente más barato”.

THE COLOSTRUM

Y eso que el calostro tiene menos contenido energético, lactosa, lípidos, glucosa, urea, vitaminas hidrosolubles, PTH y nucleótidos que la leche madura. Sin embargo, contiene más proteínas, ácido siálico, vitaminas liposolubles E, A, K y carotenos. El contenido en minerales como sodio, zinc, hierro, azufre, selenio, manganeso y potasio también es superior en el calostro. Pero, sobre todo, el calostro tiene un contenido muy elevado de inmunoglobulinas, especialmente IgA, lactoferrina, linfocitos y macrófagos, oligosacáridos, citoquinas y otros agentes defensivos que protegen a los recién nacidos de los gérmenes ambientales y favorecen la maduración de su sistema de defensa. Contiene además enzimas intestinales que ayudan en la digestión (la lactasa y otras enzimas intestinales están inmaduras en el recién nacido). Sus abundantes inmunoglobulinas cubren el endotelio del tubo digestivo evitando la adherencia de los patógenos, facilita la colonización del tracto intestinal por lactobacilos bífidus y contiene antioxidantes que le protegen del daño oxidativo. De todo ello se deduce la importancia fundamental que tiene para un recién nacido empezar su vida tomando el calostro de su madre.

Además los resultados de este experimento científico demostraron que las células asesinas naturales activadas con factores de transferencia mataban el 99% de las células cancerígenas lo que superaba la capacidad de defensa natural del cuerpo.
